A “New Member’s Class” will be taught during the Sunday school hour starting on July 4th. This class is for anyone interested in becoming a member of Enon. By taking the class you are not obligated to become a member, but can make that decision during or after the class is completed. Pastor Boone will be teaching the class.

Missions Project: Wed July 14th
C.O.M.E will be participating in a combined missions project with the Youth, on Wednesday July 14th at 7p.m. Elementary school age kids, Middle School and High School youth, are all encouraged to participate. We will be constructing “Pee Kits” for the little kids at the elementary school. Many times when the younger children have accidents at school, there is an embarrassing 2 hour wait for parents to bring a change of clothes. The goal is to reduce that time out of the classroom down to 15 minutes maximum. We will be providing 2 kits for each age group, boys and girls, and each kit will contain: 1 pair of new underwear, 1 pair of jeans or shorts, wet wipes, a bag to put their soiled clothing in, and a hand towel, all inside a reusable tote bag that we can refill when necessary. Please encourage all the youth and children to attend.
COMMUNION ON July 18 (SUNDAY AM WORSHIP SERVICE)
NOTE: The communion is open to all baptized individuals who have placed their trust in Jesus Christ for salvation. You do not have to be a member of Enon to participate. We encourage this to be a time of worship, repentance of sin, and re-commitment to things that need strengthened. Communion is not open to children who have not become Christians as baptism is not. Both communion and baptism are the 2 sacraments of the New Testament Church. Both are only for born-again believers. Thanks, Pastor Boone
YOUTH SUNDAY

AWANA: Sunday PM
WHEN: We will be starting in August, when students go back to school
NOTE: Until then there will be youth activities every Sunday night
Our 2 greatest needs right now are volunteers for a nursery class during Wed and Sunday PM Services, as well as during Sunday School. If we don’t have enough willing to do these ministries then we will not ask those already active in ministries to do these. This is a great opportunity to begin serving this body of believers. Some families would come to these services if we provided something for their kids this age. Contact Pastor Toby Anderson or Pastor Jason Worley if you are interested in volunteering. Thanks.
WEB (Women of Enon Baptist – ages 13 and up) Event
Date: September 18th
What: Beth Moore simulcast to be held at Enon Baptist Church. The simulcast tickets will go on sale to everyone on June 1st. Tickets will cost $25.00 and a boxed lunch will be available for an additional $7.00. You can reserve your ticket(s) by signing up and paying for them by mid July. This is a fundraiser for our church and we hope all women will participate.

ASSOCIATIONAL REVIVAL AT MHC CHAPEL

NOTE: On the 22nd (WED NIGHT) there will be a YOUTH SERVICE with REV. BEN WHITMIRE, PASTOR OF LOCUST GROVE, PREACHING. THE ASSOCIATION DESIRES FOR A YOUTH CHOIR TO SING THAT EVENING. PASTOR TOBY AND JASON CAN FILL YOU IN ON DETAILS IF THEY PLAN TO CANCEL YOUTH SERVICES AT ENON AND ATTEND. CONCERNING ADULT SERVICES, WE WILL CANCEL TO ATTEND THIS REVIVAL ON THE 19TH (SUNDAY NIGHT) AND THE 22ND (WED NIGHT). PLEASE INVITE THOSE UNCHURCHED. PASTOR GREG MATHIS FROM MUD CREEK BAPTIST WILL BE PREACHING EVERY NIGHT EXCEPT WED. HE IS A REALLY GOOD PREACHER.
